We are in Lawrenceville, GA. We try to stay within a radius of about a one hour drive , but will consider going further for a few extra bucks.
We typically spend around 1.5 to 2 hours at the location, depending on how many rooms, the number of exterior shots, etc.
We will make the finished photos available to you within 24 hours of the shoot. All photos are sized to MLS specifications for quick upload to your listing.
We can also make higher resolution photos available if you need some for printing.
A minimum of 30, usually around 35 to 45 depending on the property. We'll do what it takes to get a good representation of the property.
Every photo is processed through Adobe Lightroom to make sure that colors are accurate, exposure is correct, all lines are straight, etc. We try to make the photo as true to life as possible. We also use a technique called Flambient to get the best balanced exposure.
I am proficient in both Lightroom and Photoshop and will certainly use those tools where needed to enhance a photo, but also retain the integrity of the photo. In other words, I won't make an ugly lawn beautiful!
I'm retired from 'real work' and have a pretty flexible schedule, so I'm usually able to work with a realtor to get the photos when needed. A day or so notice does make my life easier though :)
